About Bella Petrella's

Please let me begin by introducing myself to you. My name is Joe Petrella of the Tampa Bay area, via Youngstown, Ohio. I am here to discuss with you the importance of quality products on today’s market shelves. Growing up in the restaurant business, I have become, I guess you could say, a little partial to food. I want only the best for myself and all those I feed, especially my family. It began 30 years ago as a hobby but is now my profession. I truly enjoy the reaction on peoples’ faces after they savor the flavor of my products. It is extremely rewarding. Over the years my family and I have worked hard to come up with the perfect products, the perfect ingredients, for the perfect market.

After many long hours and the overwhelming of our taste buds, we have achieved the perfect recipes for pasta sauce, marinara, specialty sauces, and sweet and spicy salsas like no others on the market. We use only the finest, fresh ingredients:  fresh Hawaiian basil, 100% fat free stocks, no MSG, and never any preservatives - 100% all natural ingredients. During the cooking process, Bella’s removes the acidity that gives consumers heartburn and acid reflux, which you find with most sauces. To our knowledge, Bella’s is the only one that takes this extra step for customer care. We also fill at 204° to ensure quality jar packing, and complete satisfaction. Our products and packaging are registered with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture and we are FDA approved. Our co-packer is Stello Foods, a hands-on, family-owned company (1995) based in Punxsutawney, PA. 

We have been in business together, successfully, since 1997, and Bella’s landed on local market shelves in eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania in 1998.
