Our Original Marinara Sauce is made from whole fresh California Italian Roma tomatoes, coarse ground in-house; fresh chopped garlic from Gilroy, California (of course); and fresh Hawaiian basil for the sweetest marinara sauce. Fresh basil is placed in the cooking kettle and a Stello Foods staff member also places large basil leaves in each jar as it passes by and is filled with hot marinara during the packing process – again, hands on attention to our quality gourmet marinara sauce.

Spicy Marinara has a great marriage of Fresh Hungarian hot peppers and fresh sweet imported Red Holland peppers (cleaned and seeds removed by hand, of course), with an elevated level of Olive Oil and our Bella’s Marinara. Flo’s Pasta Sauce has all of the flavors of veal, pork, and beef from the finest paste bases. We also pass our whole California Italian plum tomatoes through a finisher, which removes all of the seeds and skin, thereby giving this gourmet pasta sauce a smooth, silky texture. Tomatoes are the number one ingredient in our pasta sauces. We do not weigh down our pasta sauces with a large array of spices, herbs, paste, or puree (paste/water) – again, the #1 ingredient in Bella’s is fresh California Italian Roma tomatoes.
